Yay me...I canned for my very first time and I did the first batch all by myself! My parents have an apple tree and this year I canned apple pie filling. It was so much easier than I thought it would be.

HEATHER!!! NICE JOB!! You beat me to it..I have been wanting to learn to can for a while now. I had planned on doing it this past fall, but did I? That's a big NO! Lol. I watched my Mom can many, many times, and many, many different things. But I guess I did not pay close enough attention. So, good, now you can teach ME! ;)
